Yes, your points expire one year after you earn them. So if you earned points on May 15 of last year, they will expire on May 15 of this year.
When you return an item or receive a refund, you lose the points you originally earned from buying that item. For example, let's say you had previously spent $50 on an item and earned 50 points. If you decide to return that item, your points would also go back down by 50 points, as if you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
While you are not able to purchase extra points, there are plenty of options to earn extra points, including completing a purchase, referring a friend, and following Koi Kratom on social media.

If you've recently made a purchase, you will get an email that will walk you through how to leave a review. Please note that you can only be awarded points for reviews once per day, and you can only receive a lifetime maximum of 200 total points from reviews. Reviews must be submitted through the review request email to be eligible for Koi Rewards points.
If you are putting in a valid email address but get an error message, the person you are trying to refer may already a registered Koi Rewards user. Referrals only work for new customers who have not yet joined the Koi Rewards program. Also note that you cannot refer your own email address or someone else in the same household.
